The Challenge

A legacy editor was holding the team back

KT's group-wide collaboration platform had long relied on an older ActiveX-based web editor for both its internal employee portal and electronic approval workflow. As the organization's productivity demands grew, the limitations of the legacy editor became increasingly hard to ignore. The plugin-dependent architecture was out of step with how modern browsers and enterprise environments operated, and the overhead of maintaining it was a growing concern.
